Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: October 21, 2026

[BRAND NAME] is supported by its readers and by advertising. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy a product or sign up for a service, we may earn a commission from the company at no extra cost to you.

Where this applies

Affiliate links appear mainly in hosting reviews and comparisons, WordPress plugin and theme recommendations, and articles about software and AI tools. Any article that contains affiliate links shows a short disclosure near the top, before the first link. Affiliate links are marked with the rel attributes “sponsored” and “nofollow” so search engines know they are paid links.

What it does not change

  • The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link.
  • We do not accept payment for a positive review or a higher ranking.
  • We write about products we believe are relevant to our readers, including ones with no affiliate program, and we state their drawbacks plainly.
  • A commission never decides whether a product is recommended. If a product is not a good fit, we say so.

Advertising

We also display, or plan to display, ads through Google AdSense and similar networks. These ads are served by third parties and are separate from our editorial content. We are not responsible for their claims. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

Why we disclose

We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), the UK Advertising Standards Authority and Competition and Markets Authority guidance on disclosing commercial relationships, and the Competition Bureau’s guidance in Canada.

Questions

If anything about our relationships with advertisers or affiliate partners is unclear, ask us through the contact page. Our standards for writing and updating articles are described in our Editorial Policy.
