[BRAND NAME] (“we”, “us”) operates https://mbeponline.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to visitors in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use this only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider and security tools log your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We need this to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a consent banner (Complianz) so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the one that remembers your consent choice, are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you consent where the law requires it. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which articles are read and how people find them. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser details. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

We display, or plan to display, ads served by Google AdSense and possibly other ad networks. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites and to measure ad performance. Where required, personalized ads are shown only if you consent. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of many third-party vendors at aboutads.info/choices.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the merchant or its affiliate network may set a cookie to credit us for the referral. We do not receive your personal data from them. Their own privacy policies govern what they collect. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Why we process your data

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR our legal bases are: your consent (analytics and advertising cookies); our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the site, and answering your messages); and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link, and doing so does not affect earlier processing.

Who we share data with

  • Our hosting provider, to serve the site and store its data.
  • Google, for analytics and advertising when you consent.
  • Affiliate partners, only through the cookies set when you click their links.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or a provider’s participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
